Our privacy policy applies to all users of gyumin, whether you access the platform from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or elsewhere. What Data We Collect on gyumin

We at gyumin collect information in three categories: account data, transaction data, and activity data. Your account data includes your email address, username, date of birth, government-issued ID number, and proof of address. This information is required to open an account and verify your identity.

Your transaction data includes every deposit and withdrawal you make on gyumin. When you deposit via QRIS, we record the timestamp, amount, and confirmation code. When you deposit via e-wallet—e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet—your payment processor handles the payment details, and we record only that the deposit was credited. When you use a bank virtual account (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet), we record the transfer amount and timestamp; your bank holds the actual payment details.

Your activity data includes bets you place on Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF tournaments, Champions League fixtures, and all other markets on gyumin. We record the bet amount, odds, outcome, and settlement. We also log your use of live-dealer tables, slot games, and any other service on our platform. This data helps us detect fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain fair play.

We do not collect cookies for tracking or advertising

Our platform uses only essential cookies to keep you logged in and secure. We do not use cookies to build profiles or sell your data to advertisers.

How We Protect and Share Your Data on gyumin

We at gyumin keep your data on encrypted servers located outside Indonesia. Our infrastructure uses industry-standard encryption and access controls. We do not store your payment details (credit card numbers, bank account details, e-wallet passwords); our payment partners handle these and we receive only confirmation of successful transactions.

We share your data only with the parties required to operate gyumin. Your payment processor (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet) receives your transaction information to process deposits and withdrawals. Our support team accesses your account data to help resolve your questions. Our analytics partner may process anonymized activity data to help us improve our platform, but never your personal identifiers.

We do not sell your data to marketing companies, data brokers, or any third party outside our operational partners. We do not rent your email address or use it to send unsolicited marketing. We may send you transactional emails—deposit confirmation, withdrawal notification, account alerts—but you will not receive promotional emails unless you opt in.

Your Rights on gyumin and Data Retention

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. You have the right to correct inaccurate information in your account. You have the right to request deletion of your data, though we may retain certain information for regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we keep transaction records for seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering law and to resolve disputes that may arise. We retain activity logs (bets, games played) for one year after account closure. If you request data deletion before this period ends, we will explain which data must be retained and why.

Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction, and your data may be processed in countries with different privacy laws. By using gyumin, you consent to this international transfer. If local law does not permit such transfer, our services may not be available to you in your jurisdiction. Our services are available only where local law permits.

If you do not accept changes, you may request closure of your account and we will return any balance to your designated payment method.
