Account and registration
No. Each person may hold only one active account on gyumin. If you attempt to open a second account using the same email, phone number, or identity documents, we will detect the duplicate during KYC verification and close the additional account. Multiple accounts violate our Terms and Conditions. If you have forgotten your password or lost access to your account, contact our support team and we will help you recover it. Do not open a new account as a workaround.
Yes. We at gyumin accept deposits and withdrawals via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment virtual accounts. When you add a payment method during account setup, select your bank from the list. We will generate a unique virtual account number for you. Deposit by transferring funds to that virtual account from your personal bank account. Withdrawals return to the same bank account you used for your deposit. Bank transfers typically settle within one business day.
